Gannaway - Dalton
to Exchange Vows
Cora Evelyn Gannaway, of El Paso, Texas, will become the bride of Charles Vance Dalton, of El Paso, Texas, in ceremonies held at Abbo's Alley in Sewanee, Tennessee on Saturday, May 27.
Miss Gannaway is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James J. Gannaway III of Collierville, Tennessee. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Z.M. Looney of Leland, Mississippi and the late Mr. and Mrs. James J. Gannaway, Jr. of Nesbit, Mississippi. The bride-elect graduated from the University of the South and presently attends the University of Texas at El Paso, where she received her Masters of Science and is currently a doctoral candidate in Geological Sciences.
Mr. Dalton is the son of Dr. and Mrs. W. Lisle Dalton of Lexington, Kentucky. He is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles A. Vance of Lexington, Kentucky and the late Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe R. Dalton of Louisville, Kentucky. The groom-elect attended the University of the South and University of Kentucky, where he received his Masters of Arts in Teaching World Languages.
